About

Hey there! My name's Alex Puh, although my preferred name is Lex Machina. I also use the handle "Mechwolf" online.

Currently I am working in QA at SEGA of America. I was involved in QA on Persona 4 Golden (2023), Sonic Frontiers (Game Content Updates through 2023) and The Murder of Sonic the Hedgehog (2023)!

I have always been drawn to games because they are the revolutionary medium of storytelling, entertainment and interaction of the era I was born into and will continue being such a medium into the future. I wish to contribute to this incredible industry's vision with my skills in 3D Art, Level Design and Worldbuilding

I've known for nearly all my life that I wanted to work on video games but I did not truly set out on this journey until I began my higher education starting at Riverside City College. In my free time, I was putting my very early knowledge on game design and digital art in developing Siege Runner, an infinite runner. I later landed at Irvine Valley College's IMA program where began to shift my focus into creating 3D Environmental assets. I collaborated with University of California Irvine's VGDC since 2020 to work on other clubmates' games before I pitched my own project Necroncide Arena. Here I truly cut my teeth on a 12 month endeavor in project management where I lead a team of 7 to create a turn-based tactical shooter into the winner of IEEE GameSIG 2022's 2nd Runner Up Prize. I hope my ambitions reach the game industry where I can work closely with seasoned game developers to continue building the legacy of video games, a legacy that continues to inspire me to this day.
